TERMS & CONDITIONS

Account Terms:  All orders are prepaid. Total Vein® Systems requires all accounts to have a signed Credit Card Authorization Form on file that will be charged during order processing. COD and prepaid terms are also available, for an additional fee. Please consult with a customer service representative for questions and details. A late fee of 12% per annum, with a minimum of $10 per month will be assessed on past due invoices. Invoices over 30 days will be charged to the credit card on file. Total Vein reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions of sale at its sole discretion.

Shipping:  Products are normally shipped with ground service. Please allow 1 – 5 days for ground shipment, not including the day the order is placed. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Orders placed after 3:00 pm Central Time will ship on the next business day. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice.

Backorders: Total Vein® Systems makes every effort to notify customers of product backorders. Any backordered items will be shipped immediately upon arrival at our fulfillment center.

Returned Goods: Total Vein® Systems will accept return of any sellable standard item within 30 days from the invoice date. Compression hosiery products must not have been worn. All returned items must be received by Total Vein® Systems in sellable condition. Request must be made by telephone to Total Vein® Systems before shipment to obtain authorization. All returned products must be accompanied by original invoice or facsimile. Return items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipment charges. No credit will be given for an item returned unsuitable for restocking.

Damage/Missing Goods:  All deliveries should be inspected for damaged or missing contents immediately upon arrival. Any product that is damaged or missing must be reported to Total Vein® Systems within 2 business days of delivery.

Changes to Total Vein® Systems’ policies will be reflected on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.

Limitation of Liability: Total Vein® Systems is not liable for damages (including lost profits) from any cause, including but not limited to, unavailability of, defect in or misshipment of products.
